There is currently a wide diversity in the levels
of infrastructure contributions required by one LPA to another,
and a similar diversity in the soundness of the individual
approaches. Negotiation of a satisfactory Undertaking either at
application stage or on appeal is required in nearly all cases,
and can impact significantly on the success of the scheme for
developers and landowners. Red Kite Development Consultancy has

successfully negotiating the necessary clauses in Agreements and
Unilateral Undertakings, based on thorough research of locally
adopted documents and National advice.
